Whether you're on a budget or ready to make it rain this New Year's Eve, we've got a slew of amazing events to hit up on the big night. Now, it's up to you to get yourself a New Year's kiss and some resolutions to keep.
Blackbird Bar's New Year's Eve Free For All, 2124 Market Street at Church, 415-503-0630
Join forces with fellow revelers for a night of expertly handcrafted drinks and merriment at this Church Street corridor staple. There will be a free champagne toast at midnight, free party hats, noisemakers, confetti blasters and "other deliciously crude devices" to help welcome 2012 into existence. All that and no cover charge!
Fairmont Hotel's NYE Dinners and Tonga Room Celebration, 950 Mason Street, 415-772-5000
Head to the Crown Room for a front-row seat to the city's best skyline view and a lavish seven course meal with wine pairings, party favors and dancing. The Laurel Court Restaurant & Bar offers up a five course meal and a shot of class with live jazz and champagne. If tropical paradise is more your style, head to the iconic Tonga Room and indulge in a Luau buffet, party favors, dancing to the Island Groove Band and a champagne toast at midnight.
Kimpton Hotel's Puccini & Pinetti Pre-Midnight Dinner, 129 Ellis Street, 415-392-5500
If you're looking for some pre-witching hour eats before fireworks-gazing, head to Puccini & Pinetti just off Powell Street for an affordable four course meal for $50 ($75 if you want wine pairings). If you're around at midnight, they'll pour you a complimentary glass of wine or sparkling wine and hand out party hats, tiaras and horns to usher in the new year. Or drop by for happy hour for some pre-gaming from 11:30 am to 6 pm, when wine is only $3 a glass and you can get great deals on bar appetizers.

This is a swanky affair high above California Street that you'll want to don your best cocktail attire for and take advantage of their premium drink selection, champagne and appetizer reception, treats to satisfy your sweet tooth and dance music spun by DJ Katz. Palace Hotel's Pied Piper Bar & Grill Dinner and Celebration, 2 New Montgomery Street, 415-512-1111
If you already have plans but need a place to indulge in an awesome dinner before a night of drinking, check out the historic Pied Piper Bar & Grill for a three-course dinner, pre-fixe dinner ($55 per person). If you're hanging out for the Pied Piper's actual celebration, you can take part in a five course dinner ($75 per person), which includes a toast, live jazz music and dancing. Want to end 2011 with one of the best meals of your life? Round up some good company and reserve a seat at the Four Seasons' New Year's Eve dinner before you go off and ogle fireworks displays. Decadent menu items like Wild Sturgeon caviar, foie gras parfait, kobe flat iron steak, seared black cod, sashimi and more await your stomach. First seating is at 5 pm, the last takes place at 9:45 pm.

Got some sequins or a sharply-tailored dress shirt you've been dying to take for a spin? Here's your chance to get all dressed up: at this black tie-encouraged ball, pay $200 and get access to a premium open bar, house and hip-hop by DJ David Carvalho.

Famous for its wraparound balcony overlooking Market Street in the 'Stro, stiff drinks and smoking hot bartenders, the Lookout is the place to be if you're looking to cut a rug. DJ APG and DJ Russ Rich will serve up amazing tunes, and go go dancers will keep the party going. Cause a ruckus at midnight after a free champagne toast with confetti cannons and noise makers.
St. Regis's Ame NYE Dinner, 125 3rd Street, 415-284-4000
Another chance to wine and dine your special someone before your New Year's Eve kiss, head to the St. Regis's restaurant Ame for a decadent special menu that features crab bisque with Dungeness crab hushpuppies, grilled lamb tenderloin, Liberty Farms duck confit, forest mushrooms and duck confit and more. Without wine pairings, its $130 (add on $68 if you'd like wine). $155 gets you the dinner and a glass of champagne.
W Hotel's NYE Party, 181 3rd Street, 415-777-5300
Experience the W's revamped Upstairs Bar & Lounge with a hosted bar, a DJ set by Yeasayer, a live performance by Capital Cities, more DJ tunes by C-Lektra, late night bites, party favors and a midnight balloon drop to ring in 2012 in swanky style.

NEW YEARS EVE PARTY ON BOSPHORUS (Between Europe & Asia)
You will be picked up from your hotel at 19:00 - 20.00 transfer to yacht. Sail up the Bosphorus, the waterway between Asia and Europe, passing under suspension bridges and viewing Ottoman summer palaces, waterside mansions and modern villas which line the European and Asian coasts. The panoramic view of İstanbul by the Bosphorus at night, superior views of Fireworks at midnight ( we will get you as close as we can) and dinner will both be memorable. When the party finished we will transfer you back to your Hotel safely.
