Your guide to the tastiest foodie happenings going down this week. Bon Appetit!

Thursday, March 13

Up at The Alembic, they're doing a fun, temporary cocktail offering with Girl Scout Cookie pairings, starting this week but ongoing for the next few weeks. The cocktails don't really have names, or they have the same names as the cookies they're paired with, like the Thin Mints pairing, with Chartreuse, Carpano Antica, pear cardamom shrub, Aztec chocolate bitters, cardamom bitters, and Pine St. Milk Stout; and the Do-Si-Do, with Tyrconnell, honey, Allspice Dram, and Swedish herb bitters. All the drinks are $13 and come with two cookies. 1725 Haight Street

Friday, March 14

The grandaddy of all the city's food truck parties, Off the Grid Fort Mason Center, returns Friday evening with a whole new entrance (at the main gate of Fort Mason) and new amenities that include games like Skee-Ball, shuffleboard, and Whack-a-Mole. Also this season, they'll have 14 new vendors, and extended evening hours, meaning the market won't shut down until 11 p.m. Vendors will include Bacon Bacon, Fiveten Burger, Azalina's Malaysian, Happy Dumplings, Lobsta Truck, and Chocolate Taco. 5 to 11 p.m., Fort Mason Center

Also on Friday, Night Flour comes to Firehouse 8, which is a new dessert and drinks event in collaboration with Savage Flour. There will be silent films playing, and desserts will include a buttermilk panna cotta and Snickers-inspired Candy Bar Cake. 7 to 10 p.m., 1648 Pacific Avenue.

Saturday, March 15

Entrepreneurs Wes Rowe and Sonya Haines are returning for a second time to Dear Mom with their imported-from-New-York bagel pop-up, Eastside Bagels. The last time they did this there was a ridiculous line and they ran out fast, but here's why: a) there are hardly any good bagels in this city, and b) they're flying in day-old bagels from famed Russ & Daughters in New York. There will only be 180 bagels in total, one per customer, and there will be schmears: plain, cracked pepper, scallion-garlic, olive, and lox-caper. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. but expect the line long before that. 11:30 a.m., 2700 16th Street

Sunday, March 16

Speaking of breakfast/brunch pop-ups, you kind of need to check out Bespoke Doughnuts, which returns this weekend at Beaux in the Castro, starting at noon on Sunday. They're doing some crazy, made-to-order, "couture" doughnuts, as they call them, in flavors like Creamsicle, Spanikopita, and Scotch-Chocolate Toffee, making up what they're dubbing a "three-course doughnut menu." You can also find them on some Saturdays starting at 9 a.m. at Melange Market at the ODC Theater in the Mission. Noon to 4 p.m., 2344 Market Street

Also on Sunday, Oakland's Juhu Beach Club is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a party based on India's Holi festival of love. There will be great Indian-inspired food, but also, you're encouraged to wear white as Holi is a party where people throw colored powders at each other, like in that Ke$ha video. $20, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., 5179 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland
