Just check out the new windows at the Marc Jacobs boutique on Maiden Lane, where there’s a veritable heart-themed explosion on everything from embroidered organza dresses to heart-bedecked leather handbags, just in time for that next beloved holiday. We’re head over heels for the red stacked-heel pumps, which have a heart-shaped peep toe opening and, like a tiny secret meant just for the shoes’ owner, a heart-shaped heel bottom.
