Who doesn't love a local singer and eyewear collab? Hiya, Toro y Moi x Warby Parker.

Chaz Bear—the Bay Area singer, songwriter, record producer and graphic designer behind Toro y Moi—recently jammed with Warby Parker to create a pair of limited-edition sunglasses to celebrate his latest album. Both are called Mahal. The frames ($95) feature a punchy orange hue inspired by the album's early mood board (how cool) and come in two summery colorways: Papaya frames with brown lenses and Crystal frames with bronze-y/orange lenses. Get groovin'.

Celebrate World Ocean Day with a fresh pair of SeaVees.

With Wednesday being World Ocean Day, it's the perfect time to get yourself a pair of responsibly made-in-California kicks whose mission is to keep the sea healthy. In other words, we highly recommend checking out SeaVees SeaChange Collection. The sneakers are crafted of recycled materials—think uppers made of pineapple yarn, vegan corn leather, or recycled cotton canvas. They also have metal-free stitched eyelets, liners made with recycled cotton, and outsoles made of natural and recycled rubber. (There's a vegan-fleece slide, too!)

The styles for men and women come in lots of fun colors. We especially love this Legend for summer. Plus, $1 of every pair sold goes to SeaTrees, a nonprofit that works to restore coastal ecosystems and ocean health globally.

Summer spritz! Indie perfumer Liis drops a chill, new fragrance.

It's called Floating, and boy is that name spot on. The San Francisco brand's latest genderless eau de parfum is lightweight, unfussy, and generally delish with top notes of bergamot and peach and hits of wild orchid, crisp linen, and sequoia wood.

For us, it conjures up images of front-porch hangs, peach pie, and fresh air-dried laundry. Like its sibling scents (Rose Struck, Bo, and Studied), Floating is California-made, vegan, cruelty-free and complies with the clean beauty standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). P.S. Makes a great gift for dads who like to smell (low-key) good.
