Marisa Churchill is a Bay Area pastry chef and cookbook author. She honed her skills at several notable San Francisco restaurants: Rubicon, The Slanted Door, Ame, and LuLu. She appeared on Top Chef Season 2, as well as Food Network Challenge. Marisa has written about food and travel for Huffington Post and Chowhound. These days, she spends most of her time writing, chasing after a toddler, and trying to please the most difficult food critic she's ever faced…her six-year-old daughter.
