W San Francisco's sleek downtown restaurant, Trace, is set to elevate dinner service with new menu items complemented by a side of saucy drag performances.
On Saturday, January 24th, Bay Area LGBTQ icon Heklina will lead a sensational dinner show, also starring local queens Mahlee Balenciaga, Vicodonia Nightengale, and Holotta Tymes.
Executive chef Frederic Hoffmann will delight dinner guests with a menu as fierce as the performances. Three courses will feature a starter of shareable dishes including fried brussels sprouts with a honey mustard glaze and pecans; sourdough rosemary flatbread; and the Trace "Moderne" caesar salad. For the main course, guests can choose from a roast strip loin served with heirloom potato, maitake mushrooms, and zesty smoked salsa verde; or red kuri squash with wheat berry risotto, Medjool date, king oyster mushroom truffle sabayon, and pumpkin seeds. For the finale, Trace's pastry chef Kevin Ngauv will serve an "Eat your Face Out" cake that will compete with the performances as the evening's showstopper.
Trace at W San Francisco is committed to creating original culinary experiences by fusing the vibrant personality of the Bay Area with a dedication to responsible food. The restaurant's high-quality cuisine is prepared from locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, or obtained through partners with sustainable practices.
