CUESA's Sunday Supper: Let the Wild Beast Hunt Begin!
Six chefs. Six whole beasts. One Sunday Supper.
CUESA is hosting their eighth annual fundraising dinner, a pull-out-all-the-stops cocktail reception and family-style meal on October 3 that features an impressive roster of SF chef talent. Though the meal is always outstanding (and worthy, as proceeds support CUESA's educational planning), this year it promises to be better than ever.
Why? Because each of the six chef team preparing the meal will be preparing a different whole beast, to be carved tableside to the assembled dinner guests. It's dinner theater! And tickets (plus a few extra meat-centric goodies) could be yours. For the next three Wednesdays, beginning tomorrow, we'll be introducing the chef-farmer partnerships that will make this dinner so delicious. When we do, our friends at CUESA will hit the streets, stenciling beasts in locations throughout the city. Spot a beast, tweet us (@7x7bitsbites) and you'll be entered to win the epic prize package, which include two tickets to the Sunday Supper reception and dinner (plus more!). Stay tuned.
