Between January and March, Wine Country is packed with specials on spa packages as it's traditionally the slowest time of the year. Whether you're looking for a discounted massage or something romantic for Valentines Day, check out these spa specials:

Meadowood is famous for it’s class, luxury, and frequent star-sightings; but they’ve also got plenty of seasonal spa offerings and packages if you’re looking to indulge. Not the place to go if you’re looking to keep it on the cheap, but the specials are significant. If you’re planning a proposal, their We Hope You’ll Elope! package is about as lavish and memorable as any bride-to-be can hope for.

Spa Terra is located below a vineyard in a meandering wine cave. Throughout January, they're offering $15 off the “Wrap Yourself Up in Luxury” package, which starts with a cranberry body buff and ends in a white chocolate soufflé wrap. Book now for their Valentine's Day Couples Massage as it’s only valid on the 14th and comes with all sorts of romantic extras, including a “chocolate reading” by Madam Victoria.

The Spa at The Carneros Inn is offering a luxurious New Year Rejuvenation day spa package from January 2 – February 9 that includes special pricing on any of their restorative body therapies, tension-relieving massages, healing skincare services, and more.

Yountville’s posh yet comfortable and eco-friendly Bardessono is offering 30% off their 90 or 120 minute Ageless Non-Surgical Facelift and Facial Fitness Series through the end of March. Known for their expensive (but supremely luxurious) treatments this deal can save you over $100.

The Villagio Inn and Spa, also in Yountville, is offering their Epicurean Delight package from January 15 – February 29, which includes a one-night stay, complimentary bottle of wine, complimentary champagne breakfast, tea service, a lunch certificate for Michael Chiarello’s Bottega, and access to their lush spa for $269 per couple. 

The Spa at Hotel Healdsburg is offering specials on Fridays that come with 2 fifty-minute spa treatments of your choice, lunch for two at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen, and use of their jacuzzi and heated pool all day for $280. You can also come for their Wellness Weekend package (January 20-22), which comes with biodynamic wine tasting, daily yoga, outdoor training, wellness and diet lectures, and specials on rooms and spa packages.

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is offering a Gather Olive Your Girlfriends package, which is a couple's celebration in wine that includes: overnight accommodations and a 45-minute Chardonnay Olive Oil Sugar Scrub or one 30-minute Caviar Beauty Flash Facial until March 31. Packages start at $299 per night. 

MacArthur Place is in the heart of Sonoma and is as cozy and luxurious as they come. They aren’t leading the way in terms of deals, but it’s a very romantic and if you stay the night you’ll get $15 off any 50-minute spa treatment.

Vintners Inn is spicing things up through April 15th with their Romantic Rendezvous package, which includes one night (two nights on weekends) in an upstairs, wood-burning Fireplace King Room with balcony, a split bottle of Vintners Inn Fume Blanc, $100 gift certificate for dinner at John Ash & Co. restaurant, sparkling wine, an Artisan cheese plate delivered upon arrival, continental breakfast buffet, two glasses of sparkling wine or mimosas for breakfast, two therapeutic massages (must book ahead) and turn-down service with freshly baked cookies. It's not cheap at $560 Sunday-Thursday, and $865 Friday or Saturday, but it includes everything but the kitchen sink.   

Farmhouse in Russian River Valley is quite posh but with classic and cozy style. They’ll pull out all the stops and their Winter Spa Romance Package features 25% off any Heritage or Barn Room booked for two or more nights. They’ve got plenty of different spa specials, including a Warming Ginger Honey Massage for Two.

Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary, about half way between Sebastopol and Bodega Bay, is a perfect place for a romantic getaway in February. For the whole month they offer spa specials that include The Love Bath or Love Massage Package for couples. It couldn’t be in a better location for a surprise stop if you want to start the day with some wine tasting and end it on the beach.
