SF Craft Beer Festival at Fort Mason

Craft beer lovers (ok, essentially all SF residents) will descend upon Fort Mason for the SF Craft Beer Festival this Saturday. Taste your way through the best local suds, with around 75 local breweries showcasing over 150 craft beers. General admission kicks off at 5:30 PM with tastings, seminars, and a craft concierge. To sip like a VIP and gain access an hour before the reset of the crowd, pay the extra $20 for the four-hour ticket. $55 - $75 ($15 designated driver). Shaken, Not Stirred: A Casino Cabaret

Martinis, casino games, and… musical performances? Leave it to the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus to take a James Bond-worthy concept and dial up the entertainment factor. Play high rollers at seven gambling tables, and don’t miss performances by the Exit Theater, SFGMC Fan Divas, and famous drag staar Honey Mahogany. Proceeds from the event benefit the SF Gay Men’s Chorus Financial Assistance Network, so you can gamble away with a clear conscience. $25 - $120. Saturday, March 7: 6:30pm. Chinatown Community Street Fair

It’s an SF classic for a reason—the 26th annual street fair commemorating the end of the Chinese Lunar New Year combines more than 80 booths, entertainment, and serious sensory overload. It’s Chinatown at is most vibrant, and we’re pretty sure you can’t call yourself an official SF resident unless you’ve gone at least once. Dim sum totally required. Free.
