For this week's Scenes of the City, we headed out to Ocean Beach on Sunday for the annual Black Tie Beach Party. Although the weather wasn't stunning (overcast at Ocean Beach is typical), everyone seemed have a good time roating marshmallows and enjoying a drink in between games of badmiton, volleyball, or croquet.
