First Taste: A Mano Brings Handmade Pasta & Italian Hospitality to Hayes Valley

Jovial service, simply delectable Italian food, and playful décor lend A Mano all the fun vibes and foodie cred you could want—any day of the week.
Meaning "by hand" in Italian, A Mano is the latest project from restauranteur Adriano Paganini of Back of the House Restaurant Group (Beretta, Belga, Super Duper). The menu makes decisions tough with a killer selection of pastas made in house daily, as well as crusty pizzas, antipasto and, Italian wines and cocktails. Even better, it's affordable, with pasta entrees starting at $13. Viva Italia!

The interior is designed by Hannah Collins, the same designer who has done recent restaurants such as Media Noche, Barzotto, and Flores. Expect bright red and green colors along with bold black and white prints.
