Dogpatch Warehouse Sale
Formerly known as the 3rd Street Sale, the revamped Dogpatch Warehouse sale is going to be a blow-out. They're closing down 22nd Street to house numerous workshops and to showcase products from more than 30 local vendors. Come for the shopping, but stay for the free samples, food, drinks, and endless activities for all members of the family.
When: 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. 12/1

Union Street's Fantasy of Lights Street Fair
Santa Claus is coming to town. On the first of the month, Union Street kicks off its annual Fantasy of Lights Holiday Celebration in Cow Hollow. The stores on Union will stay open later and provide refreshments, holiday decor, and of course, all of our favorite jingle-belling anthems. Following the opening night celebration, the stores and trees lining the street will remain decked out in holiday lights and garnish, and meters will be morphed into giant candy canes for the entire month of December.

Melissa Joy Manning Holiday Party & Sample Sale
This season is getting a little icier at Melissa Joy Manning's holiday sale and party. They'll provide the bubbly and discounted jewelry, you just come ready to shop deals up to 75% off sample sale prices and 10% off all in-store purchases.
When: Holiday Party 11 p.m.-7 p.m. & Sample Sale 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Sat. 12/1

Swedish Christmas Fair
Mix it up a little this holiday season, and partake in a traditional Swedish Christmas… in San Francisco? This annual fair includes handmade Swedish artisan crafts and one of a kind shopping. Even the kids will enjoy this one with DIY craft projects, a gingerbread cookie decorating station, and don't forget to take photos with the Swedish Santa. After you dance to some traditional folk music, indulge in Swedish delicacies like meatball sandwiches and cinnamon rolls.

La Boutique Special Holiday Edition
Go avant grade this holiday season. The La Boutique art gallery and concept is teaming up with The Bold Italic to throw an extravagant three day show inspired by modern artisan markets in Paris. With vendors carefully handpicked by renowned curator Axelle Tessandier, the list of participants range from Morgan Levy photography to Wobble Bowls home design and Hidden Radio music. If that isn't enough for you, nosh on food by Vive la Tarte and drinks by The Bons Vivants while you shop.

SFMade Holiday Gift Fair
Get in the holiday spirit and support local businesses at SFMade's second annual holiday gift fair. From jewelry to home items and pet gear, knock out your entire shopping list with items from over 75 local SF companies. There's sure to be something for everyone.
When: 10:00 a.m.-6 p.m., Sun. 12/9
Where: Fort Mason Center, Buchanan St. and Marina Blvd.

Shop 'Til You Drop NightLife
Featuring more than 40 independent artists and designers from all around the country with items such as handbags, pottery, and silk-screen t-shirts, you can be sure to spread some holiday cheer to your friends and family with these gifts. And just incase the whole "end of the world" theory is looming over your holiday shopping, check out a special forum with a NASA astronomer entitled "Calendar in the Sky," detailing the misinterpretation of the Mayan calendar. Then, stay for a live showing of "The End of the World… or is it?" in the planetarium. And if you're still not convinced, Slayers Club will be throwing an End of the World Dance Party in the Piazza… just in case.

Renegade Craft Fair
Who said shopping has to be a chore? At the Renegade Craft Fair, you'll find products from today's best and brightest indie makers like Allegory and Cotton & Flax. And, if shopping isn't your forte, no fear, the fair will also feature exhibits from the Oakland Museum of California, a DIY Gift Wrapping Station, a photo booth from Magnolia Photobooth Co., plus some of the city's best DJs spinning records all day.
When: 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. 12/15-Sun. 12/16

Santa's Sleigh
Santa's Sleigh will offer you shopping from over 30 local vendors and designers, as well as a full specialized tradeshow full of stocking stuffers for all your loved ones. Stroll down shopping lane while sipping on coffee, wine, mimosas and, of course, spiked egg nog. Live performances will continue throughout the day with a different artist every other hour.
When: 12:00 p.m.-8 p.m., Sun. 12/16
