Almanac’s Chef’s Night Out Beer Dinner

Head to Almanac Beer this week for an all-star beer dinner featuring a lineup of some of San Francisco’s most talented chefs, who will pair interesting and unique dishes with Almanac’s equally interesting and unique beers. Chef Richie Nakano will be doing a squid ink pasta with uni that’s paired with a Barrel Aged Imperial Sour, while Chef Tim Archuleta of ICHI will be pairing a Mapo Tofu Chili Dog with a Winter Citrus IPA. Yum. There’s also another more seafood-centric dinner featuring Chef Beau Schooler of Juneau Alaska on Saturday night. Two words: seafood mortadella. // $144 & $149, Sunday January 24, 6:30pm, 303 2nd Street, San Francisco. Get tickets here and here.
